Bela Strings started as a string quartet (2 violins, viola, and cello) but has since expanded to include soloists (violin or cello) and smaller ensembles as well.

Soloists

Bela Strings offers solo violin, solo fiddle and solo cello. A soloist is a great option for events where the atmosphere is intimate and elegant. Imagine walking down the aisle in a small chapel and the sound of a beautiful cello comes from the front of the room. Duo and Trio

Our string duo (violin and cello) and string trio (2 violins and cello) offer a fuller sound than the soloists, without the higher cost/ size of a string quartet. Our duos and trios are able to play any genre of music- pop, classical, jazz, celtic. They are our most popular ensembles. If you’re worried about the sound carrying, simply request amplification! String Quartet

Our string quartet is our largest ensemble- 2 violins, viola, and cello. For large weddings (200 or more people) we recommend the quartet. This ensemble provides maximum impact and sound, whether you’re getting married in a beautiful cathedral or a winery.
